Oxygen Fit’s trainers will regularly assess you, so we know what’s working (or what isn’t) and keep your training progressing towards your goals.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

 

Ratio 2:1 clients : trainer

Working with a like-minded friend or family member, Oxygen Fit trainers will help you both progress with similar goals.

SEMI-EXCLUSIVE TRAINING

 

Max ratio 6:1 clients : trainer

In small friendly groups of similar-goaled people, you will be pushed to progress with fat burning, muscle strengthening, body conditioning, high and low-intensity exercise.
