Oxygen Fit gym opened in September 2010 by local husband and wife team, Neil and Emma Godly.

With over 30 years experience in fitness between them, the couple spent 8 years looking for the right venue; The Tower in Church Farm, a former Victorian water tower, derelict and run-down, with it’s three floors and formidable gothic charm was the perfect home to open Oxygen Fit gym.

Neil Godly


Previously a Personal Trainer and Sports Injury Therapist to the stars, Neil has worked with professional athletes, tennis players, pop stars, actors, the British Athletics Olympic Team, and more recently the Italian Gymnastics Olympic Squad.

Although he has worked with top athletes, he now prefers to work with individuals locally and has passion to promote fitness within the community: Fitter families, and fitter kids.

Neil is the visionary behind Oxygen Fit, a strong leader and is constantly striving to help his team improve their knowledge, skills and abilities. Neil has achieved 85kg weight-loss with one client, and can help you achieve any fitness goal you have.

Emma Godly


Emma’s passion for fitness is founded on a military and martial arts background.

Emma is the business brains at Oxygen Fit having run her own businesses for over 13 years. Specialising in Antenatal/Postnatal exercise, she believes active families, make active kids.

Emma loves coaching boxing and kettlebells, as well as running the Postnatal classes ‘Oxygen Fit Mums’.

Lee Reid

Personal Trainer

Now an aspiring Bodybuilder, Lee has previously played football for Barnet FC and Rugby for Saracens.

In addition to his athletics background , Lee also been into kickboxing and he uses that experience with boxing coaching.

If you want a trainer who will push you to your limit and keep you motivated while still smiling, then Lee is your man.

David Stone

Personal Trainer

David has over 25 years experience as a personal trainer. He is an expert in the areas of Weight Loss, Body Sculpting, Body Building, Strength Training & Rehabilitation.

David has become known as the fixer often succeeding with clients where other trainers have failed.

He has worked with a myriad of clients from all walks of life from beginners to advanced styles of training.

Along side his passion for personal training and the life enhancing changes it can bring, he believes that workouts should be maximally effective but also as much fun as possible whenever possible.

He is both motivating and innovative & a coach that will help you achieve your goals.


Personal Trainer

Daniel has a diploma in Personal Training, Gym Instruction, Nutrition and Sports Massage. He has been in the fitness industry professionally for 8 years, but he has been involved in sports and fitness from an early age.

Daniel enjoys long and short distance running, however his first love has always been football. His football training incorporated weights and this sparked an interest in the fitness industry.

Daniel’s passions is Boxing – he loves the buzz the “hardcore” workout gives him.

Above all helping people achieve their goals and improve their lifestyles is what Daniel enjoys the most, so book in for a programme review with him today!!!

Richard Leeson

Richard has a passion for extreme sports, his style of training varies depending on the individual he has unique ability to tailor individual workouts so as you achieve maximum results.

He really enjoys getting individuals to reach there goals and beyond.

He has a very tough method of training as he believes thats how you will get results. This is what Richard Enjoys most about his Job as a Personal trainer.

Richard also has a good knowledge of nutrition  implementing this into his training style of training.
